Orders and pickup

Orders placed on this website are for pickup at our Provo location, 1364 N Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84604. We do not currently offer delivery through this website.
You choose a pickup time at checkout. Pickup times are estimates and depend on how busy the shop is.
Prices, menu items, and availability come from our live menu and may change at any time. An item can sell out after you place an order; if that happens we will contact you to substitute or refund it.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud or for an obvious pricing error.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or use another person’s account without permission.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the rewards program.

Limitation of liability
