Haus Points Program Terms

Haus Points is our rewards program. These terms apply whenever you earn or redeem points.

Earning and redeeming

• You earn points on qualifying orders.
• Current earn rates and reward levels are shown in your account and in the shop. They may change at any time.
• Rewards are subject to availability and cannot be combined with certain promotions unless we state otherwise.

What points are not

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Points are not property and are not part of any estate.

Expiration and forfeiture

• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• If your account is closed, by you or by us, any unused points are forfeited.
• Fraud, abuse, or maintaining multiple accounts may result in point forfeiture and account termination.

Changes to the program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, and to change earn rates and reward levels, at any time.
