Gift Card Terms

Hausbrock gift cards are issued and administered by Square, our payment processor. You can buy one on Square’s gift card page. Square holds the balance and handles the purchase, so Square’s own terms govern the card itself, including how the balance is stored, checked, and redeemed. The terms below describe how we honor those cards at Hausbrock.

Expiration and fees

• Gift cards do not expire for at least five years from the date of issuance, as required by federal law.
• No inactivity fees will be charged.

Redemption

• Gift cards are redeemable for food and drink at Hausbrock, subject to availability.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost, stolen, and fraud

• Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the cardholder. Treat a gift card like cash.
• We reserve the right to refuse to honor a gift card if we suspect fraud.
