We collect only what we need to run the shop and fulfill your orders. This policy covers the Hausbrock website and online ordering.

Your first and last name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or place an order as a guest.
Your password, stored only as a salted hash. We never see or store your password in readable form.
Order details: the items you ordered, the pickup time you chose, and your order history.
Payment information, which is entered directly into a secure form hosted by Square. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.
Basic usage data such as which pages are visited, collected through Vercel Analytics.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only as far as they need it:

Square — payment processing, order management, and customer records.
Resend — sending transactional email such as account verification and order confirmations.
Vercel — website hosting and website analytics.
Supabase — storage for the trivia game featured on our website.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep this simple. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

An essential session cookie set when you sign in, so the site knows you are logged in. The site cannot keep you signed in without it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

How to delete your account

Email us at hello.proteinhouse@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account,” from the email address on the account. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records, such as completed transaction records held for tax purposes.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
